Today, WOOGIE pre-released the first track off his debut EP ‘REWIND MY TAPE Part 1‘, which is dropping on Friday, March 23. Car, the Garden put his mysterious, captivating voice on a WOOGIE-trademark emotional beat, and the result is an appealing track that makes you curious about the album.
