Ann One and Fredi Casso have released their new collaborative single, “Wabi Sabi,” featuring ILLSON.
The single takes its title from the Japanese idea of finding beauty in imperfection, and the track follows that spirit closely. Over Fredi Casso’s arrangement, Ann One delivers a warm, soul-rooted performance centered on grace, faith, and self-acceptance. Rather than treating pain as something to hide, “Wabi Sabi” frames scars as part of the story.
ILLSON adds a reflective verse that sharpens the song’s message. His writing moves through struggle, trauma, and survival, turning broken pieces into something personal and sacred. It gives the track a grounded hip-hop edge without pulling it away from Ann One’s soulful centre.
The credits list Ann One and Fredi Casso as executive producers, with lyrics by Ann One and ILLSON. The song was composed by Ann One and Fredi Casso, arranged by Fredi Casso, and mixed and mastered by COMIXX at WIDEN STUDIO. Artwork was handled by Ga Gunho.
“Wabi Sabi” is out now on all streaming platforms.
