1st-generation rapper Onesun has released the single ‘K.I.R (Ooh La La La) (Feat. Chris Cho)‘ today which is the first album he releases in six years.
His music was first introduced via the compilation album ‘2000년 대한민국’ (South Korea, Year 2000) and Masterplan’s ‘초’. He has released countless albums: singles, EPs, digital singles, two full-length albums. He participated in several dozen compilation albums and movie soundtracks, and featured on other artists’ songs as rapper and producer.
‘K.I.R’ stands for ‘Keep It Rockin’ and the single shows what Onesun, who has been making music close to 20 years, sees as ‘hustle‘. The music is a combination of both old and new sounds and the music video depicts his current life as is. Even better, it comes subtitled with both the Korean lyrics and an English translation!
