“Normally, each of us lives their life craving for happiness.
Everyone must have thought about their own idea of happiness before.
I am striving to feel happy in my life. And if I do feel happy more frequently, I can say that my life is overall happy. However, I am not the only person in this world. There are countless people living in it with me. Some of them I get along with, others not. The time I spend with those I get along with is generally a happy time, but when I’m with people I don’t get along with, that time often seems meaningless and exhausts me. (Of course, sometimes I happen to learn something new from it.) While I haven’t done anything, I was hurt by the other person’s words or actions, or the opposite is the case: I hurt the other person.
We cannot avoid such incidents completely, but I’d like to suggest to try to reduce those bad feelings, similar to striving to feel happy more frequently, as I’ve mentioned before. I’m not saying something old like ‘Give in to and care for each other and live a selfless life.’ I’m saying that we should try to minimize the harm we do to others and concentrate on our own life, because we’re busy enough spending good times with people we like.”
