Hiphop artist Goyo (고요) has released his second single ‘무지개 (Rainbow)‘ today.
There are various ways to convey messages with music. Some artists do so through their lyrics, others do so using instrumental sounds. Done well, either will result in an effective means of telling a story. However, sometimes there are songs that combine those two means; like Goyo‘s songs. Whether you’re listening to them while walking through crowded streets where you cannot hear the lyrics properly, or you’re in a quiet room and want to concentrate on the lyrics, the songs will whisper little stories into your ears.
Last year in June, Goyo released his mixtape ‘Paper Plane’. His debut single ‘401호 (No. 401)’ came out this January.
This is the artist’s second single. The song compares sad feelings to the rain. If you had a bad day, then the Rainbow will brightly shine in the sky tomorrow.
