areyouchildish is a project team of STONESHIP artists OLNL and Cosmic Boy. Their first single and music video, ‘merry go round (회전목마)‘, has come out today.
Cosmic Boy of WYBH first made his music accessible to the public via SoundCloud in 2016. He has produced tracks for Giriboy, OLNL, Han Yohan, Kid milli, Louie, and more. His debut album, ‘Can I Cosmic‘, came out in April.
juiceoveralcohol‘s OLNL debuted last year with the ‘APOLLO’ EP and released his first LP, ‘All Available‘, in January.
Together, these two artists deliver unique sounds and witty lyrics as ‘areyouchildish‘. The title of their first single is already proof of this. It uses the Korean homonym ‘말’ (read: “mal”) which can mean both word/s and horse/s. The track is about adults who don’t have anything helpful to say but instead change the topic–in Korean: “말 돌리기” (read: “mal dolligi”), literally: horses turning in circles.
