nafla releases first full-length album ‘ANGELS’
MKIT RAIN’s nafla has released his first LP ‘ANGELS’ today with help from his label mates and from producers Cloudy Beats, GroovyRoom, Kim Park Chella, etc.
Nuttyverse releases ‘Mon Monde’ LP and ‘Sienna’ MV
Rapper Nuttyverse has released his first full-length album ‘Mon Monde’ (French for: my world) today.
Nuttyverse put all his feelings and experiences into the album that took place in the one year he spent working on it, thus the title.
From track 1 ‘누텔라’ (Nutella) to track 4 ‘연애 안 할래 (I Don’t Want to Date) (With Hyebin)’ he tells of events with his girlfriend. ‘누텔라’ (Nutella) is about the excitement before he got together with her, ‘Baby Pig’ about the feelings at the beginning of the relationship, ‘SID (She Is Dieter)’ is about his girlfriend gaining weight, and ‘연애 안 할래 (I Don’t Want to Date) (With Hyebin)’ is about the two getting bored of each other.
Track 5 ‘Sienna’ is about the feelings of a man who cannot date the woman he likes. Track 6 ‘밤의 Vibe’ (Night Vibe) to track 9 ‘Bloom (feat. Cherry Coke, Rick Bridges)’ thematize Nuttyverse’s situation as an old university student and rapper.
Track 10 ‘꼬알라’ (Koala) and the last track ‘홍대 한 바퀴’ (Around Hongdae) are both about Hongdae, the place Nuttyverse likes the most, how he hangs out and goes drinking with his friends there.
