The number of hip-hop and R&B artists has grown exponentially in South Korea in the last decade. This influx of talent makes it increasingly difficult to sift through everyone to find some true gems. Since 2020 is just around the corner, the HiphopKR staff decided we’d share some of the artists we’re looking forward to.

Svng releases first mini album, “Our Holiday”

POSTCLUB‘s Svng (read: “sahng,” previously known as “yeesang“) has released his first EP, “Our Holiday,” featuring LOCO, moocean, and Ja Mezz.

“From last summer until this spring I worked on these songs together with Kiwoong. They contain impressions of the brief holidays we get from our tiring life in Seoul. Let’s listen to them together now. (Energy)”
