American rapper Atwaters who is currently based in Seoul has recently released a new single and music video titled ‘Blinded‘ featuring Chris Lyon.
While Alphonso Elm provides the visual, Atwaters paints a picture on the ups and downs of finding the right girl while also being blinded by external things when the right girl comes along. The first verse speaks on being involved with various women and it seems to be a never ending process with trying to find the right one.
The second verse focuses on the girlfriend who has now become an ex. However, Atwaters feels that the decision to end things was the best decision At the end when he says “right now is better than its ever been and I appreciate that.” Showing that the best times are now and not the past.
Chris Lyon absolutely shines on this track by providing an amazing hook layered with beautiful harmony.
