Indie artist 9won goes ‘Drivin’ in fifth single

| ,

Independent artist 9won has released his fifth single ‘Drivin‘. It is another remake of a track off 9won’s ‘Blue Universe’ mixtape.

9won (read: koo-one) released his first single in 2016. He is known for winning season 7 of the Super Rookie Challenge. In 2017 he dropped the mixtape ‘Blue Universe‘. Last year he released the three singles ‘별 빛‘ (lit.: starlight), ‘Daybreak‘, and ‘Don’t Care‘.

This new song is another remake of a track off ‘Blue Universe’, just like ‘별 빛’. It has a very warm sound, as if to wrap up the season of winter. The lyrics tell of a couple who break up along with the change of seasons. After ‘Don’t Care’, 9won once more worked with producer NoMic. Together, they created the perfect background song for a drive, thinking of that person one had to part with as winter left.

You can preview the song on Korean music portals, and listen to the original version on SoundCloud below!
