Nuol releases ‘Finder (Feat. Basick, Kid Milli, NO:EL, Hash Swan, …)’

Nuol has released his one-track album ‘Finder’ today with featurings by Basick, Kid Milli, NO:EL, Hash Swan, Huckleberry P, DJ Tiz, Snacky Chan, Coogie, Olltii, Kebee, ODEE, Nuttyverse, and JUSTHIS.

Producer and rapper Nuol dropped his first single in 2005 together with Koonta. He has since released over thirty albums and singles, and collaborated with countless artists of the Khiphop scene, most prominently with Minos of Eluphant.
These days he is actively creating videos like Hiphopplaya’s Mic Swagger, Balance Game, and Beatcamp where he teaches rookie artists and gives feedback on their music.

In December 2016, Nuol pre-released the single ‘Finder’s Piece (Feat. JUSTHIS)‘. It took him two years to finish the entire album, that has now been released. Nuol gave each participating rapper the same topic: “The things that you want to gain through music.” Each rapper wrote his personal views in his lyrics, resulting in answers like revenge, fame, money, or pride.

An important part of the album are the bridges that naturally connect the tracks with their different sub-topics. To make it even clearer that all tracks are about the same main topic, the album basically contains only one track.

Nuol hopes to send a message to all the young people who are struggling as members of society. You can stream the entire album on YouTube (above).

FINDER (발견자, 發見者): A person who finds objects, phenomena, or facts that have not yet been found or known of.

The times (시대상, 時代相): A message to the youth who are living in times where ideology is divided into several branches. The announcement of the candlelight rallies last year and the lights-out events, which heralded a change in times.

Basick
Kid Milli

Passage through time (시간통로, 時間通路): Refining oneself as one leaves the past behind and grows up into an adult, experiencing various emotions. The process of losing the innocence of childhood.

NO:EL
Hash Swan
Huckleberry P

Question (질문, 質問): The question a grown-up adult has forgotten. “What is my dream?” An old and boring question that now has nothing to do with them anymore. Nobody asks this question, nor answers it.

DJ Tiz
Snacky Chan
Coogie
Olltii

Frenzy (격양, 激揚): The stress and anxiety that builds up as you face the world day by day. The gap between reality and ideal. Feelings that one is unable to express stack up and doubt increases.

Church (교회, 敎會)

Nuttyverse
JUSTHIS

Answer (답변, 答辯): A secret cherished only by children, the answer to a question that you forget when you grow up.

Indigo Music - Buru Star (cover art)

Indigo Music release digital single ‘Buru Star’

Indigo Music artists NO:EL, Kid Milli, Jvcki Wai, and Young B have released the digital single ‘Buru Star‘ yesterday.

Two months ago, Indigo Music‘s Kid Milli released the single ‘Hyperreal‘ with Swings and Jvcki Wai, who had just joined the label.

Yesterday, the label released a new single in celebration of NO:EL joining them. The rapper received recognition for his first LP ‘ELLEONOEL‘ which he released under Prima Music Group. His joining Indigo Music did not come unexpected: he has been receiving appreciation from Swings since SCHOOL RAPPER and he is a member of Cozyboys Crew alongside Kid Milli.

The single features all members of Indigo Music, except for JUSTHIS. The title refers to gas ranges, represented by the brand ‘BlueStar’.

“The lighter in my hand is my cheat code
We hotter than hotter
We on top of a buru star right now”

From now on, NO:EL is concentrating on his next album.
