XXX release ‘1775’ live performance video

With their debut album [KYOMI] just around the corner, new artist XXX released a live performance video of their new song “1775”.

They haven’t officially debuted yet, but XXX has already been spotted by internationally renowned labels and the media.
Last May, the duo was recognized as sole artist from Asia accepted to [2017], a multinational compilation album released by French label ‘Records Collection’.  On June 15th, their music was unprecedentedly praised by certified DJ from Beast 1, the official radio station of Apple users worldwide.

2 days later, the world-widely respected French brand Maison Kitsuné’s Hot Stream Channel celebrated their 100th track with XXX’s music, having their true worth defined globally.   Founder of Maison Kitsuné Gilda Loaec himself, introduced Hot Stream’s 100th track via his own social media.  Hypetrak, one of the leading online music magazines, soon picked up the story to show support.

“1775” officially released through Beasts And Natives’ official website, is a teaser in the form of a live performance video.
And unlike others, “1775” is crafted with unique edits, lightings and special effects, adding pinches of fun and curiosity to the story line.

The lyrics heavily reprehends the obsession of surgery for beautification, and the repressed social norms that the utmost way to achieve beauty and a happier life, is to resort to cosmetic surgery.  Rapper Kim Ximya appears to be calm and measured in his tone; a confident posture rarely seen in a new artist.  FRNK, the producer behind XXX, highlights the track with edgy, fresh and unheard beats, distinguishing himself from the traditional mainstream music.  The forward-looking track composed of experimental beats, ongoing variations and Kim Ximya’s well-refined rap, distinctively exposes XXX’s worthwhile musical talent.

The end of the teaser reveals the album cover of [KYOMI], along with the pre-order date set for Friday the 24th.
