Microdot has pre-released eight tracks off his upcoming first full-length album ‘PROPHET‘, which will drop on December 14.

Microdot‘s first full-length album holds 26 tracks without any skits. He started working on it on December 1, 2016, and ended on October 25, 2017. As an independent artist, he produced the entire album, plus four music videos, the CD and two photobooks. For him, investing all of his passion and capital into music in order to grow as an artist was the right thing to do.

Each song has a deep meaning to Microdot. In the lyrics, the rapper tells of his family, his friends and his love. The music is mostly positive and full of hope, spanning from warm over upbeat to calm sounds like the four seasons. In ‘If I Don’t Have You’ and ‘Dining Table’, Microdot even tried himself at singing for the very first time.

Every featuring sounds more like a collaboration; each artist someone Microdot is close to and handpicked personally. Besides the artists featuring on these pre-released tracks, the participants are: YDG, Chancellor, Sanchez, Boi B, Ravi of VIXX, SUPERBEE, SUL, Verbal Jint, Paloalto, DJ Friz, and DAVII.

The main producer is Stoner Tunes of the team Pray4 Productions. For eleven months he worked with Microdot and the mastering engineer Marcus Harm. The whole result of their hard work can be heard on December 14. These eight pre-released tracks are now available on Spotify and Apple Music.
