Verse 1)
It’s another swagger rap song, here we go
Although they tell me to stop acting well-off,
honestly, everybody knows it’s true that I’m well-off
and that The Q is the best is a well-known truth, yo
Yo, yes I speak truthfully
The whole world knows my songs
Yes sir, yes I rap well
So put your hands up everybody
Ha, I put my soul into my tracks
and my money into a Louis bag
Of course you can’t relate to this
I don’t need you to relate to it
I always have lots of money, I always have money left
Asia famous, Mongolia to Southeast Asia
Got my Korean flow like Yon-sama((reference to famous Korean actor Bae Yong-joon whose (Japanese) nickname is Yon-sama (there’s no ‘ng’ in Japanese) ))
You can’t acknowledge me? You’re the only one
Hook)
Throw yo hands in the air now
I exude swag even when I don’t do anything
Come here and count my bills a bit
You’ll be sayin’ “WOW!”
Throw yo hands in the air now
I exude swag even when I don’t do anything
No matter where I go, women say “Hi!”
Yeah ma, let’s get wild
Verse 2)
Everybody knows Deokhwa’s swag((The Quiett’s nickname; word play: 덕화 (dukhwa) means ‘to reform’ or ‘moral influence’ and it sounds like the first two syllables of ‘The Qui(ett)’ in Korean: ‘deo kwa(ieot)’ [Dok2 and The Quiett’s nickname Dodeok is a similar concept]))
It will go down in history for a long, long time
While my haters can go fuck themselves,
my fans do know a little something
To women a cool ‘oppa’ but
to kids an uncle with a lot of money:
The Q. Everywhere I go, people go crazy
My punchlines, Muhammad Ali
Yes, I was probably born with
things like a great sense of rhythm and charisma
If you bought one of my CDs, look at the credits
There’s not one thing I can’t do
[I’m] hard-workin’, style’s perfect
I’m the rose that grew from the concrete((reference to the album ‘The Rose That Grew from Concrete’, a compilation of 2pac’s writings))
I grew up well, I earn a lot
I earn money and money earns me

Verse 1: The Quiett)
I quietly sit down at my place on that day too
I look at the other kids’ expressions one by one
Waking up and going to school, going home and laying down exhausted
Our life is a four-panel comic
There are quite a lot of books in my backpack
But I don’t know what those things give to me
The thing that keeps me within this pile of books nevertheless
is the delusion that something will be different if I just go to college
You hold your liquor well and cuss well but
No matter how tough you get, in reality you’re not strong
I didn’t want a different life
And even less the same life as others
I lived till this age but still haven’t found anything I want to do, people either tell me
‘You’re already too late’
Or ‘You had no choices in your life’
No matter what work it is, as long as it brings money it will be worth it?
We have no dreams.
We have to hang on dangling just anywhere others go
As we age, we just sigh in frustration
I thought we’d always be together but when I’m lonely
There’s no one by my side
Now, there’s not much time
Now even for a moment, erase that keyword that the world slipped into your hand
I wish you will find your true self
Hook x2)
Inside the box you are always confined
Although you know this, ultimately you’re confined
Verse 2: Paloalto)
Your entire body staggers and you lose your dreams
With a cloudy focus, just where are you going?
You fall in drunkenness, fight and bleed
The fireworks of your passionate youth [disappear] into the distance..
The democratic struggle of 1980
In order to straighten the Republic of Korea’s problems, the subject of justice blazed up
The thickness that shortly and deeply thickened youth
You, with the gaze of that time, have ambition!
The absence of real workers [working] for the country on this ground
No one has interest in that
This is already not the first task but the second task of our society
People who habitually take part in deeds of darkness stand at the edge ((I believe Paloalto is referring to a Bible passage Ephesians 5:11 that refers to ‘deeds of darkness’ (어둠의 일)))
Tomorrow’s future is so very uncertain
We dirty and stain our own reputation
All you do is sit back quietly, eating and fattening up
Why aren’t you scared and worried about the Korean peninsula’s war?
Your head is jet-black and your backpack is empty
Afraid someone might steal your comforts
You are anxious and don’t want to go into a cave so you give in to conspiracies
And in result you make an irresponsible remark ‘It’s all okay’
Bridge)
We live life like that anyway
It’s okay. It’s [just] one moment anyway
It’s okay. We live life like that anyway
It’s okay. It’s [just] one moment anyway
Hook x2)
Verse 3: Paloalto)
It is foolish to drown lamentations in the glass ((He is referring to drinking away sorrows with alcohol.))
Don’t stay down when you’ve collapsed but get back up again
Youth is clear like morning dew
Don’t stop thinking and keep moving
Dadaradada dadadara
In the hardships of this world you abide by something
and your needy soul receives comfort
Survive till the end on this fallen ground
The Quiett)
In the midst of faithless teaching
The sandcastle of our identities fell apart
we are afraid of being alone
and we are shaken by waves of trends like a rootless tree
I’m already way over Twenty Questions and cannot find my way ((Reference to the game Twenty Questions))
And follow the purposeless parade of the masses
We need to know [that] life belongs to ourselves
Stand up tall.
Hook x2)

Verse 1: The Quiett)
Baby I feel your love every moment, baby
Even though Seoul is suffocating I breathe because of you baby
My intense life doesn’t stop, the reason I’m happy every day is just you
You’re the lady in my life girl
I want you at anytime anywhere
Although we’ve been dating for a while now
My love is still the same, no it got stronger
You make me really worried on days you drink a lot of alcohol
My feelings for you. Now you also know how much I love you, right?
Meeting and taking you home is easy.
But it’s a pity
Even though I try to empty my mind it doesn’t work well
It’s also possible your parents will hate me
It can’t be helped since your parents gave birth to you so beautiful
I can do anything you want
This love’s forever. baby you’re a diamond
Hook: Rado)
Thinking of you, dozens of times a day I feel so high
When we’re together I want to do everything with you (oh baby let’s go)
Thinking of you, dozens of times a day I feel so high
Oh baby stay stay with me all night long
Verse 2: Dok2)
Listen up my baby girl, in this crazy world
Even if everyone turns away from you I’m stain hurr till the end
You make me nervous when I see you like right thurr, I tremble ((The way he pronounces the ‘thurr 려” sounds like 떨려 (tremble).))
Call me whenever and I’ll be there in less than 3 seconds
I’ll hug you with open arms, I’ll hold you tight
I’ma treat you like a queen, you can live like one
We’ll make love all day all night
So wet so tight always no doubt you know
Wherever you like, just tell me where you want to go
Whatever you like, just tell me what you want to have
I’m down to pay, I got your back, don’t you worry ‘bout a thing
Cause I’m the man in your life, you feel me?
Although I can’t be perfect from A to Z, at least
I can be perfect from A to U or so
Baby just stay with me tonight if you feel me too
I’m here, I’ma stay with you for life, don’t ever worry
Hook: Rado)
Verse 3: B-Free)
Our relationship is like Nate and Cy[world] ((Cyworld is a popular blog site in Korea like facebook and is part of the Nate website. Thus he implies the relationship is inseparable.))
We’re together, we could never be divided wherever we go
Sometimes your signs and my signs are confusing
But that’s life, my feelings towards you, I couldn’t hide it [them]
Cause I know you like it, don’t pretend to dislike it
I know pain is love but baby please don’t bite it
Ow, I’m feelin’ so excited
You feelin’ like a psychic readin’ my mind
Ughh I want it all
Your hip, your thighs, your love, your heart
I’m your sun and you’re my moon
You’re a mountain I’m a river, you’re soju I’m a glass
One shot, one shot
Tell these haters that we won’t stop, won’t stop
Then we goin’ to your house
Bumpin’ and grindin’ all night all right
Hook: Rado)

Verse 1)
Music has given me countless things
At this moment there’s not even one person that I envy
The countless songs I’ve heard
The countless stages I’ve stood on, the people I’ve met
But more than anything, Soul Company,
since meeting them was my biggest fortune
From now I’ll become a time traveler,
I’ll go back and guide you to the precious moment when I met you, uh
When was that .. probably 1997
In middle school, I was playing basketball and met them
The Gwangmyeong group, Seongmoon with who I was D2D ((Dust 2 Dust))
Also Syntax-Error’s D.C.
Of course, back then I didn’t know this day would come
Now, looking back, I’m quite amazed
Not much later from then, I met Creiz ((Creiz Rap’er is in Syntax-Error with D.C))
We probably played soccer together?
After about one or two years had passed
these friends were doing rap
During that time I became more and more interested in hip hop music
That spring of [the year] 2000,
I went to see them perform for the first time
and there I saw one man going around the stage by himself
My friends said it was a hyung they know and introduced him to me
His name was Kebee
Verse 2)
At some point, I also started to write rhymes
and grab the mic
Nobody could stop me
That’s all I have left from my high school years
Anyways, in the second verse, let’s go back to the prime time of
me going here and there, rapping blindly
The time was during the middle of autumn in 2000
Even though I don’t know what concert it was,
a team called I.P.O.M. was on the mic
Someone said to me ‘Isn’t that guy great?’
so I looked attentively, it was a man whose face was dark and he wore glasses
He was Kal Nal, oh
And not much later, we became a crew
I’m talking about The Anthem People ((The name of Soul Company’s compilation album where tracks by I.P.O.M. (Kal Nal) are included, after he became a part of Soul Company))
We were together all the time
and there was nothing we were afraid of, nothing
About 2 years passed after that
I met a rather timid guy
at Meta-hyung’s ‘Hip hop Room’ ((The name of the place where MC Meta taught hip hop))
And nobody would think that he’d become Smooth Tale
When it came close to the time of my high school graduation,
one guy suddenly appeared, saying he was my junior, Fana
Sometime later he met Kal Nal at the ‘Hip hop Room’
.. Right?
Verse 3)
It was the summer of 2003, there was a camp for people who do music
which was organized by meaningful people
Somehow, I ended up going there
The first time I saw Planet Black was back then
What should I say … a guy who talks a bit much
That was my first impression of him
but he rapped pretty well
Jerry.K and Makesense of Loquence
met at the same place too
We roughly knew each other from before but
that was probably the first time we truly got to know each other
Not much later we became friends
as if we had been friends for a long time
Soon afterwards, I formed Masonic Trippers along with them
Some time later, all of these people
gathered strength in one place, that’s us
Like this, through a time that wasn’t brief
The guys called Soul Company started off
Actually, I was also very surprised at the news
It could even be released in a book one day.
Anyways, everybody, let’s not forget
our precious encounters
Outro)
Loquence rock, rock on and
Kebee rock, rock on and
Syntax-Error rock, rock on and
Planet Black rock, rock on and
Choi Juk Hwa rock, rock on and ((The name of the duo formed by Fana and Kal Nal when they were in Soul Company, it means optimization))
Smooth Tale rock, rock on and
The Bangerz rock, rock on and
Soul Company rock on
The Quiett – Airplane Music (feat. Basick, Rimi, Beenzino, Fana, San E)

- Album: [types field=”album-title” separator=”, ” output=”raw”][/types]

Verse 1: Basick)
I follow my instinct
My instinct is an incredible thing
I fly like a butterfly, sting like a bee
like Ali Muhammad ((Famous quote of Muhammad Ali, originally ‘float like a butterfly, sting like a bee’. Over time the quote changed to ‘swing like a butterfly’.))
I’m Musashi flowing with the wind
Even when I fall, I’m after prey again
After breathing in the scent of life, ‘I will never lose again’
Badaboom, the incantation I utter by myself. It’s hip hop avenue over here
When I confront my enemy, I fume with a murderous aura
Instead of a knife in my hand, [I hold] one mic when I rap
I put my soul into it when I rap
From head to toe, [I put] everything into it
So, life’s pleasures and hopes
Everything depends on my actions and words
My small but mighty tongue and two bare hands. bank account and mansion ((A pun on bare hands (maenson) and mansion))
This is just my personal opinion but life’s true danger is
making others’ sky cloudy,
slowing down others’ airplane
I’m too hot to handle, too cold to hold
Basick on this track, I’m too tall for y’all
I’m not a politician so I don’t fib
I don’t have a [big] frame so I don’t suddenly jump [at people].
I wait for a higher sky, better take my aim
With this Airplane Music, I’m steppin’ up my game
Verse 2: Rimi)
Like Kid Cudi day ‘n night
chasing after flash ‘n lights
Probably the difference between average people and me
You better recognize
After only releasing mixtapes
The ganji of rappers who became masters ((Ganji is a Korean term that is equivalent to something like ‘cool’ or ‘swag’ in English.))
So to say it’s like Buddha and Ghandi
Roughly that kind of ganji
You do hate me but can’t deny me
Even if you copy me, you can’t become me
The way you see it, it’s probably a miracle
Like yesterday, today too,
I defeat whacks and put down tracks
The flight passes over mountains and streams
I don’t crash
I, I’ve never been fucked up
Verse 3: Beenzino)
Volume up, listen to all the words I spit
Look overhead, I’m like Gulliver
I’m a phenomenon
I’m always good … thumb is up!
‘What’s ya problem?’ I ask
Your answer is ‘We need a new star’
Huh? Problem solved, star is born
He’s a really good guy, nobody
can complain [about him].
Because he’s always high [in popularity].
This kid is on air air air
Man I’m ill ill, just feel, real recognize real real
I’ll let you know about a real case
Yes it’s me, you already guessed it
Hollywood fans who hate spoilers,
I’m sorry, it’s my bad
Pay close attention to my potential in 2010,
Hot Clip and Jazzyfact
Fakes go into hiding, I wanna blow them all up
so they croak, pachikipa! ((Pachipaka is probably a sound effect from Bruce Lee movies for something disappearing.))
Guys who can will make it but guys who can’t will never [make it].
Leave it, if you really can’t rap
This song is A.P.M. ((A.P.M. is a gaming term in Starcraft meaning ‘actions per minute’.))
The collaboration of guys who can
Verse 4: Fana)
UFMC has started running again ((UFMC is another alias of Fana’s but we don’t know what it stands for, could only find “UFMC the mind controller”))
Following a traveler’s single path, parading in one go
After awaking to the revelation of the universe,
‘The gain of a big dream’ forms in my heart
The shouts of the wild herbs that bloom on stage
I receive sunlight from the audience and burst with energy
It make hundreds of miracles possible
Belief, that pledge, [is] a sincere message
Erase the time when I was trapped in restraints like a copycat
and had the wearisome habit of imitating [others].
I undauntedly uphold
backbone and my path, as well as pride which is the key to all of these
The rule of the game I established
is that constraint is completely forbidden at any time
But fair play is to be maintained
It’s Airplane Music, Airplane Music
Verse 5: The Quiett)
My flight has no crashes
The many different types of spectra that I have
My style is gradually getting deeper
My competition is anxious
Just like for the reunification with North Korea,
they have been waiting for my fall but, ah((Implies that his fall is never happening))
unlike you who is ruining yourself
Q gets more and more ganji
With no rest, without stopping,
the stage and studios call me yearningly
Gwangmyeong, Seoul, Daegu, Busan
I shine anywhere, it’s The Q y’all
I’m good at rap, I’m good at producing tracks
[and I’m good at] most things, platinum class
The foundation is that even though those idiots spend a long time trying to defeat me,
I’m out of their reach
Oh, I somehow become more and more sick
The gap gets bigger
They walk and walk but I disappear farther out of their sight
Don’t walk over there but quickly disappear far away yeah
Haha, you’re now rockin’ with the best
six in the game, we keepin’ it fresh
Rappers who light a fire in your eardrums
We stole the bubble-like popularity of fakers, lost popularity
Verse 6: San E)
I take a breath (hoh), relax
Close my eyes and feel excited
My heartbeat raises and my chest feels like I’m on a cloud
Now awaken, wake up (open your eyes!)
‘Day by day’ fly to the sky ((‘Day by Day’ is former KPop duo Fly to the Sky’s debut song))
Like Styles P, get high as a kite ((Probably a reference to Styles P’s songs ‘Fly High’ and ‘Send a Kite’))
Inside of the studio, in front of the microphone
That’s my heaven feeling alright
It’s alright, the more a lot of haters talk bad about me,
the more of a sophisticated statue I become
I do it for my fans, I do it for my fam
I do it for my men and I do it for myself
In Airplane Music, I put aside my desires and fly
This year, 2010, my songs were played on the radio
That’s what I found
under my Christmas poetree ((A pun on poetry and christmas tree … thus Christmas poe-TREE))
