Heize has released her version of ‘In the Time Spent with You (너와 함께한 시간 속에서)’ for Seo Taiji’s 25th anniversary project ‘TIME:TRAVELER’.
‘In the Time Spent with You (너와 함께한 시간 속에서)‘ was released 1992 on Seo Taiji and Boys’ first full-length album.
A retro synthesizer and a sophisticated beat bring this song into the year 2017, with Heize‘s natural and laid-back singing and rap. Her dreamy groove freely reinterprets the song in her own style.
The music video was directed by the visual creative team zanybros. It shows the most beautiful moments of people in love and how through these moments, every-day life gets a new, special meaning.
This single is the seventh part of Seo Taiji’s 25th anniversary remake project ‘TIME:TRAVELER’ for which young musicians remake Seo Taiji’s hit songs like time travelers bringing presents from the future.

Loopy and nafla release single and MV ‘Internet War’
Kim Park Chella has remade Seo Taiji’s ‘Internet War’ together with MKIT RAIN Records’ Loopy and nafla for Seo Taiji’s 25th anniversary project ‘TIME : TRAVELER’.
Seo Taiji released ‘인터넷 전쟁 (Internet War)‘ in 2000 as part of his 6th full-length album, and now, 17 years later, it is being remade by Kim Park Chella, Loopy and nafla.
At the time of the original song’s release, social problems because of the Internet were on the rise. The song took a critical look at the issues and their harmful effects.
The remake maintains the guitar riff and dynamics of the original track, also most of the lyrics, only adding Loopy and nafla’s verses which concentrate on the problem of the internet that still persists: haters.
With rough rapping, an aggressive and overwhelming delivery, the two rappers make their message even sharper. It feels as if Seo Taiji declared a war in 2000 that is still going on 17 years later.
Loopy and nafla have established their places in the Korean hiphop scene with a die-hard fanbase, going back and forth between South Korea and the USA. With their participation in this remake, the two have not only broadened their musical spectrum, they have also proven their potential and possibilities.
