Hook)
I got that fire, yoga flame((Yoga Flame is one of the moves of Street Fighter character Dhalsim.))
I got that fire, yoga flame
Man, I’m higher than a plane
on my way to catch a plane

From Hawaii to San Francisco,
Denver, Colorado
I just need my medication
I don’t pop no bottles

Paper burn like yoga flame
Then I spit that yoga flame
Paper burn like yoga flame
Then I spit that yoga flame

Verse 1)
I got that fire, yoga flame
I got that fire, yoga flame
My friend green Piccolo,
he make me feel like Super Saiyan((Reference to Freshberry’s ‘Super Saiyan God (Feat. B-Free) ))

Oh my god, what am I saying
Right now, am I using Korean or English
I have no idea what I’m saying, let’s watch a movie
Dumber and Dumber 1

Hold up, I’m so hungry
I got the fucking munchies((Feeling of hunger after smoking weed))
It’s not bad for your health,
don’t call me no junkie

I go to have fun in Hawaii and
hit blunts with my homies
From the morning on fucking lit
My morning coffee

Yeah, we blowing up, getting money all day, rolling up
Gotta go to space, yeah Imma keep going up
Only home runs, no bunts((i.e. only “fuckable” women; check Urban Dictionary for details))
Wearing my Air Max yeah Imma keep going hard

If you like this track, turn up the volume
No matter where, everyone go ahead and turn it up
Don’t pay attention if you don’t like it, I don’t care if you insult me
Fuck off man, I just don’t give a fuck

Hook)

Verse 2)
I got that yoga flame
I got that yoga flame
Let’s go and blaze, go to space
play Nintendo games

It’s like I’m playing
Street Fighter 2, I’m the New
Challenger,((The New Challengers is the title of one of the Street Fighter games and of an animated Street Fighter comic)) my enemy is Bison
We fight on the moon

Man, it’s one hell of a view
Lost the first but I won round 2
If I win the next round I’ll be able to buy
a green pikachu((Reference to Street Fighter character Blanka who has green skin and can generate electricity; see following line))

Smoking on that Blanka
make me feel like Waka Flocka
Feel like I’m in GTA
Yeah, I’m ducking from the coppers

I just wanna buy a black Benz,
hundred chains, a hundred rings
Captain Planet, please help me
I need Cali greens

Untalented guys are envious,
they hate
but they can’t stop my killer moves
I got that flame

Hook)

Verse 3: Okasian)
I feel it, don’t feel anymore
I exceed,
the zone, man on the star
Going up and looking down

It’s not important, if Kim Jong-un
built a tunnel the exit would be McDonald’s((North Korea’s leader apparently likes McDonald’s burgers. They are flown in from China (*), the country he built a tunnel to in case he needs to escape (*).))
What’s important isn’t important
Pop some tags in Ginza, roll another

Why you stressin’? Hit the spliff and
pop a xan and get a Starbucks
If you think you’ll live you die and if you think
you died then you live, that’s a fact((The sentence is nearly exactly the one said by commander Yi Sun-sin before the famous Battle of Myeongnyang in which the Koreans won with 13 ships against 333 Japanese ships (see here for details; source). The sentence refers to the state of mind when going into battle. In Korean, it goes: “살고자 하면 죽을 것이고 죽고자 하면 살것이다.” It could be interpreted as: “If you fight for your life you will die, and if you are ready to fight until death you will live.” In these lyrics, it is possible that Okasian says “That’s a fact” because that mindset helped Yi Sun-sin win the battle.))

Yeah, yeah, that’s a fact
Get them checks
Money doesn’t lie
Roll one, make the bed

Gotta go meditate and
get this dough, it’s so easy
If I don’t react
but respond, the world is my home

Okasian’s contract with Hi-Lite Records ends

About two weeks after B-Free left Hi-Lite Records, the label just announced via Instagram that artist Okasian‘s contract with them has ended.

“Hello, this is Hi-Lite Records.
Our artist Okasian’s exclusive contract has ended on May 20. To gain a foothold in the music scene abroad he wants to concentrate on working with international artists and would like to be an independent artist for a while. Therefore, we agreed on not extending his contract with us. Hi-Lite Records and our artists all sincerely support Okasian’s independence. We will fully support Okasian’s new move to leave the label he has become attached to and go his way independently, and through many collaborations we will not disappoint everyone who is waiting for Okasian and Hi-Lite Records’ new music.
We express our gratitude to Okasian who has written a lot of history as a member of Hi-Lite Records.”
