Alshain releases second single, ‘Circuit (Feat. JJANGYOU)’
Independent singer-songwriter Alshain has released his second single today. The party track ‘Circuit‘ features rapper JJANGYOU.
With his debut full-length album, ‘Natural Hi-Fi’ (2014), which featured artists like Jinbo and Beenzino, Alshain landed a big hit. Critics reviewed it positively and it was nominated at the 12th Korean Music Awards for both Best R&B/Soul Album and Song.
The singer-songwriter has also worked with Simo, Dynamic Duo and Don Mills.
In March, Alshain returned with the single ‘Polaris‘. It displayed, just like this new single does, the changes in the singer’s style: rough coolness instead of beautiful, lyrical vocals, and a rhythm that reminds of hip-hop music.
In the latter half of the song, JJANGYOU raises the bar with his solid, fast-paced rap whose neatness contrasts Alshain’s voice.
You can find the single on iTunes/Apple Music and Spotify. Alshain plans to release more singles this year, as well as his second full-length album.

Wavisabiroom release ‘VIBE’ EP and MV
Wavisabiroom have released their third mini album as well as the title track’s music video.
Beginning with the ‘비밀꼴라쥬‘ EP in 2015, the three members of Wavisabiroom joined their styles, refining the resulting sounds even more with the ‘물질보다 정신‘ EP in the same year, for which they received very positive feedback.
A raw atmosphere, candid lyrics, and dreamy sounds represent Wavisabiroom’s music which has been further perfect in their new mini album ‘VIBE‘. Just like a tree naturally roots in the soil, Jflow and JJANGYOU‘s voices root deeply in ARwwae‘s beats with just the right amount of sarcasm, anger, sophistication and kitsch, creating Wavisabiroom’s characteristic emotions and sounds.
Just like their previous albums, this one does not have any featurings but solely concentrates on the members’ unique musicalities.
