SongRapper releases single ‘넌 또 날 (Feat. Sungtae of Postmen)’
Just one month after releasing ‘The Locker‘ EP, SongRapper of Snipersound is back with a new track.
‘넌 또 날’ (You, again, me) was composed by Three Lips (입술세개) and Chawoo who already worked with SongRapper on his EP album. The melodical ‘넌 또 날’ has a repetitive acoustic sound and is about the frictions that come up in relationships. Told from the perspective of the man, the song’s trap bridge maximizes the feelings of the lyrics.
‘넌 또 날’ also features Sungtae (성태) of ballad group Postmen whose husky voice perfectly expresses the emotions of a heartbroken man.
Starting with this single, SongRapper plans to continually release singles from now on.

Huckleberry P releases mini album ‘Dot’ and ‘Dalmatian’ MV
Today, Huckleberry P has released a new EP titled ‘점 (Dot)‘ as well as the music video for the EP’s title track ‘달마시안 (Dalmatian)‘.
Musician Huckleberry P who can escape any restraint. He has been showing the broad spectrum of music through his own singles and albums of course and also through other projects, for example as part of Pinodyne with Soul Fish and through the ‘Get Backers‘ album with Suda. His career that started with freestyle rap in the street is taking step after step towards the top, past many events like his ‘분신’ Concert which is one of the best Korean hiphop concerts.
In an interview, the artist said, “I have come here due to and for the sake of the simple fun that music brings.” After the release of his first full-length album ‘gOld‘, he fell into a deep slump. The duty to make music not for his own enjoyment but for the public to listen to distressed him. In order to communicate better with both his long-time listeners as well as his new listeners and find insights that both can relate to better, he needed to try something entirely new.
The first result of that try and Huckleberry P’s efforts is ‘점 (Dot)‘, an album that tells of the general same subject from different points of view. Starting with the track ‘Everest‘, which was released as a single last year, one track after the other was finished. They are about the artist’s own life that is greater than his music, and about reality that is greater than dreams. Within this topic, Huckleberry P changes to being the narrator and acts responsibly. The perfect songs for Huckleberry P’s honest narrations were prepared by producer Humbert. His contribution to the album is great as he produced all tracks. Starting from the intro track ‘Base Camp’ over the solemn-sounding ‘Everest’ to the final track ‘Dalmatian’, his careful sounds do not trail off the album’s overall topic and atmosphere for even one bit.
‘점 (Dot)’ is an album that stands out for its tracks’ and lyrics’ unity to express one topic very precisely. The individuals that appear in the lyrics and their stories are rather ordinary, but they are a perfect substitute for all our lives and realities. The stories are about someone who gave up on their dream, someone who is frustrated, someone in a conflict, etc., but there is not one tragic story. In the title track ‘Dalmatian’ which is also the last track of the album, Huckleberry P says: All we do is restlessly gather dots that are scattered complicatedly and endlessly and use them to mold ourselves and the great life around us.
Let us all prick our ears to find out which message Huckleberry P is delivering to us with the word ‘Dot’.
Huckleberry P’s new mini album ‘점 (Dot)’ is available on iTunes.
