The Quiett releases full-length album number nine, ‘glow forever’

Illionaire Records CEO The Quiett has released his ninth LP, ‘glow forever‘, today. It has 13 tracks featuring ZENE THE ZILLA, CHANGMO, Byun Un, and more.

The Quiett‘s previous full-length album, ‘Millionaire Poetry‘, came out last year in May. Several collaborations later, the artist started teasing fans with pre-released tracks: ‘limelight‘, ‘asap‘, and ‘namchin‘.

For the thirteen tracks on this LP, The Quiett mainly worked with Prima Vista but also involved up-and-coming young artists. This way, the album is a mix of The Quiett’s style and the current trends, a bit experimental here and there.

The LP features Laptopboyboy and Canadian producer Eddy Pauer, as well as YTC4LYF‘S ZENE THE ZILLA, Toronto-based artist Paul Blanco, BRADYSTREET who released his debut mixtape today, Ghood Life Crew‘s myunDo, Clarity‘s Donutman, VMC‘s G2, Wayside Town‘s Leellamarz, Balming Tiger‘s Byung Un, Ambition Musik‘s CHANGMO and Hash Swan, and AOMG‘s Woo Won Jae.

Crush releases ‘wonderlost’ EP and ‘Cereal (Feat. ZICO)’ MV

Crush has released his new mini album, ‘wonderlost‘, along with the music video of its title track, ‘Cereal (Feat. ZICO)‘.

This album is the next part of Crush‘s ‘wonder’ Series after his 2016 mini album ‘wonderlust‘. The previous EP was released in fall and thus contained the calm atmosphere of that season, as well as reflective lyrics.
This second EP in the series lets you feel the hot rays of the sun and a refreshing breeze with upbeat music and many featurings. Besides Stay Tuned, haventseenyou, and millic, the album stars Sik-K, PENOMECO, punchnello, ZICO, Hoody, CIFIKA, and Byung Un of Balming Tiger.

Balming Tiger reveal ‘못 UNDERSTAND’ music video

Artist collective Balming Tiger revealed the music video for ‘못 UNDERSTAND‘ today, the second video off the group’s first mixtape.

Balming Tiger is a group of artists based in Seoul. Its members are Sanyawn, No Identity, abyss, Byung Un, jan’qui, and euni. These days, young people are confused about their identity and stressed by the competitive society, among other things. Balming Tiger use these feelings to create, letting them all out in their very own world. In the damp and dark room 304, that somehow strange world is coming to life.

On January 24, the collective dropped their first full-length mixtape ‘Balming Tiger Vol. 1: 虎媄304‘ with two featurings by Kim Ximya of XXX. In February, they then revealed the first music video off the mixtape, ‘CHEF LEE‘.

Today, the second video has come out. “Mot understand” means “don’t understand” and the confusing subtitles in the video fit the title: English lyrics written in Korean and Korean lyrics written in English–but see for yourself!
