Hiphop trio Rhythm Power of Amoeba Culture have released a new single together after nearly three years.
Boi B, HANGZOO and Geegooin debuted in 2010 as ‘Bangsaneung’ (방사능, lit.: radioactivity) with the EP ‘Rhythm Power’. Symbolically, for this track the roles have changed, the title being ‘Bangsaneung’ and their group name ‘Rhythm Power’.
‘방사능 (Bangsaneung)‘ was produced by Assbrass of Brand New Music. Check out the music video below!

Kanto releases EP ‘14216’
Kanto of Brand New Music has released his first EP album ‘14216‘ today.
Kanto is known for being part of the group Troy together with Bumkey and for several featurings for artists like Seo Inyoung, 15&, Raina, Bada, or Rumble Fish. Three years after his debut he is now releasing his first mini album.
The album title stands for the two years from 2014 to 2016 that Kanto spent working on this album. The title track ‘Lonely’ is a tropical house – hiphop mix that was created by Brand New Music’s next-generation producer 9999. It also features singer-songwriter Eddy Kim who is trying out a completely new genre. The music video was directed by NAMSANFILM‘s Kang Seungwon who has also responsible for Crush’s ‘Oasis’ and Paloalto’s ‘Good Times’.
Kanto personally produced all tracks and it is evident how much his skills have improved. He received help from idol group Seventeen’s WOOZI, producer 9999, R&B singer Yang Dail, newcoming producer DOKO, Kang Minhee of Miss $, hit producer Primeboi and Brand New Music’s veteran producer Assbrass.
This album is Brand New Music’s first trainee rapper’s first big step as a solo artist, so make sure to give it a listen. You can check out the official album preview below!

Joosuc has released the single and music video ‘Property (Feat. Satbyeol)’ today which was produced by ASSBRASS.

Since his debut around the age of twenty, Joosuc has been expressing his firm values through his music. If you listen to his initial work like ‘파괴의 미학’ (Aesthetics of Destruction), ‘Only the strong survive’, ‘배수의 진’ (Bridges), etc., you can hear a bit of his thoughts and views on life. Later, he has made himself a name through more mainstream-oriented music, but his loyal fans have always been waiting for him to release that type of music of his earlier days again. After 2010, when he did not release a lot of music, Joosuc returned with songs like ‘Birthday‘ and ‘신발끈 (Shoelaces)‘ that contain messages about life. As a foreboder of more music to come this year, he has released a new single today.
‘Property’ is about the intangible assets one can gain in life. Both the negative and positive things we experience belong to the category ‘life’ and help us gain ‘experience’, the one thing that Joosuc describes as the greatest asset in life. For this single he worked together with producer Assbrass and singer Satbyeol. The song’s retro, late 90’s-flavored drum sound stands out and goes well with the lyrics and the melody Esbee composed.
