myunDo releases digital single ‘Emo Hip ho;P (Feat. DooYoung)’

Ghood Life Crew’s myunDo has released the digital single ‘Emo Hip ho;P‘ today, which features his label mate DooYoung.

Emo hip-hop, or emo rap, is a sub-genre of hip-hop which has been receiving a lot of love in the Korean hip-hop scene in the past few years. Its characteristics are emotional lyrics and elements of rock music. The beats are mostly sad and depressive, and the topics range from depression, loneliness, and anxiety over drugs to the human condition.

However, myunDo states: “Emo hip-hop just isn’t my kind of thing.” On this new track by badassgatsby, he and DooYoung rap about how happy they are.
