RHYME-A- has returned after more than two years with ‘APOLLO KID‘, a pre-release off his upcoming third full-length album, ‘NAS (Night and Stories)’.
RHYME-A- (read: rhyme attack) is a veteran in the Korean hiphop scene. He was once part of Soul Company and a member of Noise Mob and Speaking Trumpet. Currently, he is in Bullhandang Crew alongside other veteran artists and has founded his one-man label NBA (Natural Born Artist) Music.
His 2006 debut album ‘Story at Night’ (originally created in 2003) was highly popular and many consider it to be one of the best albums in the scene. RHYME-A- released two LPs, in 2009 and 2015 respectively. In 2016 he celebrated ten years of ‘Story at Night’, releasing a remastered version of the album.
Today, the rapper has pre-released the first track off his upcoming third LP, ‘NAS’ which is short for ‘Night and Stories’. In this pre-release, RHYME-A- spits a true story he experienced in 1995. Fans can enjoy his storytelling rap.
Another single off the LP is planned to come out in July and the album itself in fall.
