The top 10 teams participating in Everyone’s Mic Oncast have been revealed. Now it is up to You to vote for your favorites!
The entire contest is organized via Facebook. As usual for Everyone’ Mic, anyone could participate. There were no restrictions whatsoever. For the two preliminary rounds contestants uploaded their self-filmed videos to Everyone’s Mic’s Facebook page. After each preliminary round, four ‘teams’ (may also refer to just one person) advanced to the next round. In addition, Garion chose two more teams, each from one of the preliminary rounds. This means that ten teams are currently in the finals.
These top 10 teams have now been revealed. Voting has started two days ago and will end on midnight of November 26. The judges’ opinions count 70% and the Facebook voting 30%. A “thumbs up” gives the participant two points while a “thumbs down” loses them one point.
After this round, five teams will go on to the live round. The voting depends for 60% on the audience and for 40% on the judges. A Facebook live stream will capture this final round. However, online viewers will not be able to vote. This is a precaution to avoid technical problems or bad sound transmission to influence the voting.
