R&B artist MAZ.B releases debut single ‘Bean Pod (Feat. Gonhills)’

Indie singer-songwriter MAZ.B has released his first single ‘Bean Pod’ yesterday with support from Clayheart and Gonhills.

Last month, MAZ.B released the single ‘S.E.D (Surfin’ ErrDay)‘ together with beatmaker/singer-songwriter JIAN. Yesterday, his first solo single came out.

The song is about a man who becomes blind in love. In Korean, the phrase is “to have Bean Pods in the eyes.” MAZ.B’s characteristic voice and the witty hook are topped by the rap of producer/rapper Gonhills of Southpaw Records. The music was created by rising producer Clayheart.

FR:EDEN releases double single and music video ‘If You Can’t Fall Asleep’

FR:EDEN returns with his third single ‘If You Can’t Fall Asleep (잠이 안온다면)‘ and its title track’s music video. The two songs were produced by his IIVI Crew mates OPO and GILLA.

FR:EDEN is well-known for his experimental hiphop and R&B sounds. After establishing himself through Naver’s Musician League and SoundCloud, the artist debuted in October last year with the single ‘Friend Zone‘.

This single’s lo-fi title track, created by OPO and accompanied by VIBIN’s guitar play, seeks comfort on a sleepless night. It is a remake of the song FR:EDEN had uploaded on his SoundCloud channel in September. There, it already has over 34k plays. Avid listeners of FR:EDEN’s music will know the second track off this single from SoundCloud as well. It boasts the perfect harmony between GILLA‘s organ melody and FR:EDEN’s voice.
