Loco goes independent and unveils new album [SCRAPS]

| ,

SCRAPS lands as the new album from LOCO, his first full project released independently after ending a decade-long run at AOMG in October 2024. The 12‑track project features tight production from Dakshood, TOMMY YANG and DPR CREAM, and collaborations with 1MILL, JORDAN WARD, FEBY PUTRI, TAICHU and YOUNG COCO. All tracks mastered by Mike Bozzi at Bernie Grundman.

Credits highlight Loco’s songwriting and composition roles throughout, with Dakshood steering arrangements on key cuts like “work++” and “Dam,” while TOMMY YANG shapes “Eh freestyle” and “automatic,” and DPR CREAM anchors “random summer night” and “다시 (2023).” Mixing engineers include Stay Tuned, David “Yungin” Kim, Chanmin Chun, Cheongmoo Lee and Manny Park, ensuring sonic polish across studios.

Loco’s split from AOMG—after 11 years and publicly announced in October 2024—marks a pivot toward full artistic control. His album ‘SCRAPS’ furthers that independence.
