R&B artist Bay P releases debut single and music video ‘Woo’
Talented artist Bay P (short for “Bay Present”) has released his debut single and music video ‘Woo‘ today. He wants to present fans of R&B with warmhearted, feel-good music.
Bay P‘s debut single is a song he composed as means of practice at the age of twenty. He chose it has his debut single because it had the most meaning to him. Since he wrote the song at a young age, the feelings it conveys are naive and a bit clumsy.
At 12:30AM I coincidentally end up at the pub I used to frequent with my ex. Unlike back then, time goes by slowly. These nightly city streets are familiar to me but I am walking among people who are not the least interested in my mood.
A synth sound that fits this drowsy, tiring evening and bell and drums sounds that seem to tell my mood lead us to the fantasy of three years ago.
Melodies that seem like someone is lost deep in thought, and a climb that sounds like someone is humming are the guides on our journey.
In Bay P’s music, his experiences as a DJ are evident. He uses R&B music as a basis but the overall sound comes closer to DJ music. While the music he will release from now on might neither be R&B nor DJ music, within the song there definitely is the emotional aspect he is pursuing.
With his various experiences in DJing, clothes design, and composing, Bay P not only created his debut single’s music but also took part in the cover design, the music video, and the style.
Bay P previously co-produced the track ‘Stay Here’ for his label mates 7th Street. The songs for his first album are nearly all set, so we will see what kind of artist Bay P will become from now on.

Carry Diamond releases single and MV ‘Woo (Feat. Lozik)’
Alien rapper Carry Diamond has released the new digital single ‘Woo’ which features Lozik.
Carry Diamond received positive reviews for his last single ‘Monster‘ which came out in August.
His new single ‘Woo‘ has dreamy sounds that give the impression of someone hallucinating. Carry Diamond did all the music production-related work himself, showing how he has improved as an artist. The featured rapper is rookie Lozik who made his debut in 2016. He released his fourth single ‘The World Is Yours’ a while ago plus the music video ‘Long-Tea‘. He has a peculiar voice and style that go well with Carry Diamond’s alien vibe. CHCH designed the cover artwork. It shows an alien and was mostly made with traditional tools.
The music video was directed by Dzzy Kid.
