Don Malik releases single ‘Yellow’

Don Malik’s ‘Yellow’ for STONESHIP’s Campaign Against Racism has been officially released as a digital single.

Yellow‘ is the first (official) part of the campaign and, as you may already know, is about Don Malik‘s experiences with racism in the US when he was denied entry into the country and could not perform at the famous SXSW festival in Texas.
daze alive and STONESHIP want to make it clear that they disapprove of any kind of discrimination in this world.

The music video for the track has already been released last month, you can watch it below if you haven’t seen it yet. Or just rewatch it.

Hiphop producer Doplamingo has released another part of the Buster Call Project.

He recently produced ‘Buster Call Cypher‘ which featured Swings, JUSTHIS, Kim Hyo-eun, Don Mills, Young B, Jay Moon, and Bully da Ba$tard, as well as Osshun Gum’s ‘뭔말알’ for School Rapper.

Changed‘ features the very popular JUSTHIS and veteran rapper Verbal Jint. The track is about the changes around us and the changes in ourselves.

KUMAPARK release ‘NEW TYPE’ EP

Jazz hiphop band KUMAPARK are back with a new mini album that includes featurings by Paloalto, Qim Isle, G2, JUSTHIS, and more.

Since the release of their first album in 2012, KUMAPARK have worked with several hiphop and R&B artists, amongst others Dynamic Duo, Garion, Souldive, Crush, and DEAN. This new mini album ‘NEW TYPE’ is based on the know-how they have gained so far. It concentrates on hiphop and R&B sounds played by the band and features a number talented rappers.

Dakshood releases ‘Chameleon (Feat. JUSTHIS, Owen Ovadoz, Ja Mezz)’

Producer Dakshood of Grandline and Krosshartz has released his first single ‘Chameleon‘.

The track compares Dakshood‘s music to a chameleon, as in only those who are alike can understand it (“real recognize real”) and as in his music is not limited to a certain style. The track features JUSTHIS, Owen Ovadoz and Ja Mezz.

Dakshood has been working with Ja Mezz for a long time now, having produced ‘hade$’, ‘Audi’, ‘Drinks up’, ‘샤브샤브’, etc. He also produced for TakeOne, Cjamm, and others.
