unknown zone is a space where artists can express themselves freely and anonymously. The project’s second single and music video, “X_X,” has come out today.

unknown zone is a project that promotes the music streaming app “MIXTAPE” (available for iOS and Android), where the tracks are released prior to their release on other music platforms. The app was originally made to make it easy for fans to listen to Korean indie music. Artists can upload their music, users can create mixtapes and share them with each other, and get music recommendations.
MIXTAPE’s official YouTube channel features a lot of music and live clips by independent artists.

R&B artist MAZ.B releases debut single ‘Bean Pod (Feat. Gonhills)’

Indie singer-songwriter MAZ.B has released his first single ‘Bean Pod’ yesterday with support from Clayheart and Gonhills.

Last month, MAZ.B released the single ‘S.E.D (Surfin’ ErrDay)‘ together with beatmaker/singer-songwriter JIAN. Yesterday, his first solo single came out.

The song is about a man who becomes blind in love. In Korean, the phrase is “to have Bean Pods in the eyes.” MAZ.B’s characteristic voice and the witty hook are topped by the rap of producer/rapper Gonhills of Southpaw Records. The music was created by rising producer Clayheart.
