CaKnow releases first LP ‘RRR’ and ‘Mermaid (Feat. Limzy)’ MV

“May my wounds become beautiful.” CaKnow of UnFramed Sound has released his first full-length album ‘RRR‘ today, as well as the music video of the title track ‘Mermaid (Feat. Limzy)’.

CaKnow (read: see-ay-know) dropped his debut single in February 2017 and his second single, ‘Ride a Vintage‘, two months later. He has made two mixtapes, which you can listen to on SoundCloud. Three weeks ago, CaKnow pre-released the single ‘Lamp‘, which was his first release under UnFramed Sound.

In the process of bringing his dream life into reality, the artist discovers that he keeps waking up from his dream. With this full-length album, he takes a look back to find out whether he is actually existing in reality at the moment.

CaKnow’s analog vintage style fills the album with sounds based on blues, gospel, jazz, soul, and hiphop. For all tracks he worked with UnFramed Sound’s main producer PaMer. Together, they added percussions, guitar and bass, playing the samples themselves, and even mixed some sounds of daily life into the music.

Support comes from hot R&B singer Limzy, hidden gem Kang Gogh, sweet-voiced singer Low, and Litol of UnFramed Sound, who also directed the title track’s music video–watch it below!

CaKnow releases single and MV ‘Ride A Vintage’

Singer-songwriter CaKnow of CROCsunset Crew has released a double single.

CaKnow has composed and arranged, written, mixed and mastered both tracks. The first one, ‘Ride A Vintage‘, features Child Oner and is about chasing an ideal. The second track ‘난 널 보면 은혜를 받어’ (roughly: I’m blessed every time I see you) features guitarist Gookjo Jeon (전국조).
The cover was designed by Ddangogh and the music video directed by CaKnow’s CROCsunset crewmates Litol and HipO.
