Kisum releases mini album ‘Musik’

Kisum has released a new EP album today titled ‘Musik‘ which is ‘Kisum’ written backwards.

The album includes stories that Kisum has been wanting to tell badly. They are not worn-out lyrics of pop songs but neither grand autobiographical poetry. They are entirely Kisum’s stories about “24-year-old Jo Hyeryung’s present.”
Be it the wish for freedom during one’s busy every-day life, one’s loneliness that cannot be stilled by anyone, the feeling of love towards one’s precious beloved people, or secretly conveying one’s feelings to that special someone. They are simply the average person’s, thus all our, feelings and stories. While working on this EP, the first important point for Kisum was to only include stories that she wanted to tell, the second point was that the listener would be able to identify with the narrator.
Although it is nothing grand, it is an honest album that Kisum is very attached to. She hopes that many people will give it a listen.

[Translators’ Notes] Rapper Car with Kisum

Here come our translators’ notes for AKATV‘s Rapper Car in which Kjun welcomes his second female guest: Kisum!

Kisum talks about how she started making music, she and Kjun go on a date (?) at Han River, and she takes over the driver‘s seat. In the second part, they talk Unpretty Rapstar, and welcome Kisum’s friend, R&B singer U Sung Eun. With her, they talk about how the two girls became friends, about working part-time, and the two girls perform a few of their tracks.
