Life of Hojj releases first full-length album, ‘SOUTHSIDE’
Clarity Crew’s Life of Hojj, previously known as Young Lion, has released his first LP, ‘SOUTHSIDE‘, with featurings by Crucial Star, Kidd King, and more.
Young Lion debuted in 2015 under DAYUUM Records. His debut album ‘Life Changes‘ came out in 2016. Soon after, he went independent. Last year he founded Clarity Crew together with his long-time colleague Donutmanand Kidd King. The crew has released several singles and free tracks, as well as one compilation album.
This LP is the artist’s first release under the moniker ‘Life of Hojj‘, a name change he announced a while ago. The album contains the tracks ‘Average Chick‘ and ‘I Hate This Club‘ which were pre-released in April and June respectively.
Life of Hojj mainly raps about his life in Kangnam, which includes all kinds of incidents and feelings. The LP is his “Kangnam Blues” and “self-portrait” in the style of this generation.
The featured artists are Crucial Star, Clarity member Kidd King, American rapper Holy Osa, and AF1 Crew‘s G. Nine.
