Reddy and Year of the OX drop ‘eightyfiveseoul’ EP and ‘Knock Knock’ MV

Year of the OX and Hi-Lite Records’ Reddy have released their joint EP, ‘eightyfiveseoul‘, and the music video of the title track ‘Knock Knock’ today.

Year of the OX (short: YOX), Lyricks and JL from Virginia, are part of Dumbfoundead‘s BORN CTZN label. In April, the two featured on the track ‘Turkey’ by Hi-Lite Records‘ Reddy. It was part of Reddy’s ‘Telescope‘ LP.

They also filmed a music video for ‘Turkey’, which came out in May. During YOX’s brief one-week stay in Korea for the filming, the three rappers got along so well that they completed four tracks together, which they released on a mini album today. Putting their differences in language and nationality aside, the three ’85-born artists show off a seamless teamwork.

All four tracks were produced by UGP and the only featured artist is Reddy’s label mate G2.
