Leellamarz and TOIL release joint mini album, “TOYSTORY”

Wayside Town Crew’s Leellamarz and producer TOIL have released their joint mini album, ‘TOYSTORY‘, which they made within one week.

Leellamarz has released several mixtapes, including ‘예술의 전당‘ (lit.: the hall of art) and ‘LEELMIXTAPE‘, which consisted of remixes of The Quiett‘s songs. One year ago, the rapper released his debut LP, ‘Y’, which featured SUPERBEE (the two previously battled each other on SMTM5) and several tracks produced by The Quiett, who also mixed and mastered the entire album. Leellamarz also collaborated with The Quiett on the track ‘namchin‘, which was part of The Quiett’s ninth LP, ‘glow forever‘.

Producer TOIL (read: toh-ill) has worked with a number of up-and-coming artists, including FR:EDEN, Austn, and D-Hack.

The two Wayside (WYSD) Town Crew mates have gotten together and worked for one week. As a result, they made seven tracks that feature their entire crew, as well as B JYUN and 100KGOLD of Jay Co Bees (JCB) Crew, and Clarity Crew‘s Donutman. The Quiett mastered all tracks.

Children have toys, and musicians have music. Instead of seeing it as working, Leellamarz and TOIL approached music like a child would treat a toy.
