New York hip-hop artist Koncept has revealed the music video for the single ‘Never Again‘ off his full-length album ’14 Hours Ahead’.
Koncept, the Queens-raised emcee, made a name for himself in the hip-hop trenches, but these days you can find him working globally with heavy hitters and making music that can rock stadiums.
He released an EP, ‘The Fuel‘–all recorded with Red Bull in their LA Studio–, a riveting underdog tale told as if he is looking back on its legacy à la ESPN’s SportsCentury, the whole affair filled with ecstatic anticipation for the real-life successes on the horizon.
Koncept flew out to Seoul for a two-week tour sponsored by Miller Genuine Draft, and Jameson Whiskey. The performances developed into a series of more shows and bookings, and then a partnership with Sony Music Asia for the release of new album “14 Hours Ahead“.
Korean rappers Deepflow and Ugly Duck performed at the album release party. Co-signed to Korean hip-hop label VMC, Koncept has shared stages with members of AOMG, Hi-Lite Records, MKIT RAIN, Just Music, and more.
’14 Hours Ahead’ isn’t just the time difference between Asia and his home of New York City. This music is the reflection of envisioning your future and your dreams, and manifesting them into reality. It’s learning, growing, and believing in yourself every step of the way. Koncept is a living example of this.
The single ‘Never Again’ off the LP is a story of not letting yourself make the same mistakes. It’s fixing your errors, and blocking any and all negative energy from re-entering your life. Always improving, upgrading, doing and being better.
