JUSTHIS and Paloalto release ‘4 the Youth’ LP

JUSTHIS and Paloalto’s joint full-length album ‘4 the Youth‘ has come out today. The 22 tracks were produced by the likes of GroovyRoom, Mood Schula, Yosi, or Ian Ka$h, and featured artists like Jinbo, YunB, G2, illinit, Huckleberry P, Chancellor, Crush, Ugly Duck, CIFIKA, Bassagong, OLNL, YESEO, Cherry Coke, or Minje.

Paloalto, the heart of the Khiphop scene that constantly pumps fresh blood into it, and JUSTHIS, whose appearance in the scene set a new standard, have finally released their joint LP today.

At JUSTHIS’ solo concert in November 2016, the two artists first announced their collaboration. Last year in September and November they pre-released the singles ‘Cooler Than the Cool‘ and ‘Brown Eyes View‘, gaining very positive reactions from listeners and critics. Fans got even more excited about the album, and their excitement was answered by an album with a total of 22 tracks.

Hiphop has many sub-genres like boom bap, trap, and ratchet. Through this album, JUSTHIS and Paloalto portray various genres they enjoy. To achieve this in the best way they put “the right person in the right place,” be it producer or featured artist. This includes many young and bright talents of the scene.

“It is an album for our youth and the young people who are living in this world together with us.”

Dedicating their album to the young people–and their own youth–JUSTHIS and Paloalto rap about their beliefs and philosophy. Especially the track ‘Seoul Romance’, which features the voice of Rhyu Si-min, the mentor of the young generation, and the last track ‘4 the Youth’, which features promising talents of the Korean music scene, convey the rappers’ message very clearly.

Sharpness and softness co-exist in this album, creating a harmony of various sounds above which youth blossoms.
