Andup has released the double single ‘Talk About: L’ yesterday. It features amongst others Crucial Star and Owen Ovadoz.
The album’s title track ‘Timeline’ is about the feelings of looking through a social network timeline on a dreary early morning. It features not only Crucial Star but was produced and arranged by Slom who also worked with Jay Park on ‘SEATTLE 2 SEOUL’. Recently popular illustrator Shin Morae has transferred the lyrics into a beautiful artwork.
The second track, ‘굿’ (Gut, which translates to ‘exorcism’), was pre-released for free on SoundCloud. It uses the metaphor of an exorcism to refer to the Korean hiphop scene, criticizing the forced creation of hate and dissing for no reason. It features MKIT Rain’s Owen Ovadoz and Buckwilds’ Duplex G who has worked amongst others with Geeks, Jay Park, and TakeOne before.
