Dept releases new single “Nonsense (Feat. Lee Aram, J.yung)”

| ,

Producer Dept has released his new single “Nonsense” today. The song features singer Lee Aram and rapper J.yung.

Looking at the moon, the woman said:
“A long time ago a Japanese writer, he must have felt embarrassed,
translated ‘I love you’ as ‘The moon is rather bright tonight’.”

Finding it cute, the man laughed and said:
“The moon is rather bright tonight.”

(excerpt from “다시 사랑”)

“I once read that someone said ‘The moon is rather bright tonight’ instead of ‘I love you’.
That inspired me. I thought that every time we’re in love, we whisper beautiful things like that to each other, planning and making promises what we’ll do in winter, at Christmas and where we’ll go next year, but those words don’t have any power. And once we part ways they just disappear, which makes them so futile and meaningless.”

“They’re all meaningless,
the beautiful things we said
and the countless promises we made”
