CRITIC of ALIVE MUSIC has released the music video for his single ‘Busanfornia’ yesterday.
‘Busanfornia’ is how surfers call Busan based on California, it is a word that expresses Busan’s very own lifestyle at the beach. CRITIC wishes to contribute to Busan’s culture and put his deep love for Busan in the song, as he is a surfer, skateboarder, DJ, and more, living at Busan’s beach. He also owns club REVEL that represents Busan.
This single is an homage to 2pac’s ‘California Love’. It was produced by Californian producer Kajmir Beats, who also produced Wiz Khalifa’s ‘We’re Done’, Kid Ink’s ‘Feel It, Run This’, and more. CRITIC’s good friend, producer and rapper Z-Lo, arranged the song. Z-Lo has produced among others Paloalto’s ‘Chief Life’ and Hi-Lite Records’ ‘HiLife’.
The music video was produced by team Quadpod. The recording, mixing and mastering was done by ALIVE MUSIC’s Masstige at his H.C STUDIO. The album cover was made like the ‘Busanfornia Sticker’ by Antidote/Go South, to present the word ‘Busanfornia’ to many people and to keep contributing to Busan’s culture.
