Karacin Jr. releases first full-length album ‘Flowering Knights 3018’
R&B artist Karacin Jr. has released his first full-length album ‘Flowering Knights 3018‘ today. The LP features amongst others Denzel O’mighty, NAKED, DinoSoul, and STXXCH.
Seoul-based Vapor Wave R&B/PBR&B artist Karacin Jr. is known for his dream-like beats and smooth vocals. Karacin Jr. debuted in May of 2016 with his singles ‘Rainbowswamp’ and ‘ah u Ready’, catching the attention of the Korean underground music scene. Then he released his first LP with Denzel O’mighty, further building up his reputation for his smooth vocals with ‘Maple10’. Acting as the leader of his crew ‘Puff Odd‘, he slowly spread the crew’s reputation throughout the underground scene in Korea, becoming notorious for their unique styles, and filled a missing piece of the puzzle for the ever-growing music scene.
The entirety of ‘Puff Odd’ put a large emphasis on the visual arts accompanying their music, setting themselves apart from other musicians and priding themselves in their visual arts portion of their crew. In 2017, Karacin Jr. also received the Best New Hip-Hop Artist Award at the National K-Star Awards.
In March 2018, now with the support from BadBoss Company, Karacin Jr. debuts his first full-length album released on his own with help from multiple producers such as Swallowsail, Denzel O’mighty, !lad, DinoSoul, Joe Han, and also producing some of his own music. He further solidifies his sound with futuristic space vibes.
The album includes tracks such as ‘MiDNiGHT AiR’, with its all-English lyrics suited for a wider international demographic, as well as ‘STVR’ and ‘Xyborg Boi’ which are accompanied by music videos curated by the talented Anthony’s World (Puff Odd’s visual arts director). Karacin Jr. presents the familiar with a new futuristic twist to capture the minds of R&B and Trip Hop lovers alike.

Denzel O’Mighty and Karacin Jr. pre-release single and MV ‘DOIN’ BISH’
Trap beatmaker Denzel O’Mighty and PBR&B singer Karacin Jr. have pre-released the single ‘DOIN’ BISH‘ off their upcoming album ‘Maple10’.
‘DOIN’ BISH’ shows off the two musician’s styles which work perfectly together. The track’s lyrics tell the story of a man who is only looking for fun and nothing serious, but reading between the lines and listening to the minor melody, the man’s loneliness becomes clear. While there are very few lyrics in each verse, as if the man is trying to hide the fact that he is lonely, the repetitive hook seems to show his complicated feelings.
Look forward to the two artists’ album ‘Maple10‘ that’s coming out November 8 and will also include this trap soul track.
