XXX unveil teaser for ‘Flight Attendant’ off their debut album ‘KYOMI’

XXX (Ex Ex Ex) have revealed the trailer for their single ‘Flight Attendant’ off their upcoming debut album ‘KYOMI’.

Already spotted by internationally renowned labels and media, new artists XXX from South Korea unleashed a new trailer to tease their debut album ‘KYOMI’.
Released through Beasts And Natives’s official website, the trailer unveils new details about the single ‘Flight Attendant (승무원)’ with artistically unique features of black and white dot animations and a hair-raising twist. The artist behind the trailer and upcoming full music video for the single ‘Flight Attendant’ is none other than Paris-based animator Mattis Dovier. Already known to many as a reputable young illustrator, Mattis Dovier has been recognized for his gruesome yet beautiful 8 bit dot-animated works. His outstanding portfolio was first put to limelight when he was “carefully curated and handpicked” by Vimdeo Staff Picks, which was an important milestone for Mattis’ career. In the trailer, Mattis takes us back to the simpler times of old-fashioned video games, with a beautiful yet gruesome, spine-tingling twist.

They haven’t officially debuted yet, but XXX has already collaborated with some of the most certified labels and media from Europe and the U.S. Last month, the famous London-based DJ Julie Adenuga played XXX’s song on Beats 1, the official radio station of Apple users worldwide. And though the lyrics were rapped in Korean, it didn’t stop the world’s local station to play the song, praising its level of musicality. Not only that, the world-widely respected French brand Maison Kitsuné’s Hot Stream Channel also celebrated their 100th track with XXX’s music, having the artist’s true worth defined globally. The name XXX has also skyrocketed within the Korean music industry, with increasing number of local fans. Renowned fashion magazines like W Korea and Harper’s Bazaar already covered XXX’s story, regarding them as “the most anticipated new leading artist of 2016.” Other leading media such as Pikicast placed XXX’s exclusive contents on a pedestal as their main display, describing the artist as “the rising star of 2016 worth investing in.”

BANA officially announced that KYOMI will be released via all online music sites July 9th at midnight KST to July 10th. A physical release will follow on July 11th. The album is currently available to pre-order on all online music stores. Pre-ordered albums will be personally signed by XXX members, along with limited editions of KYOMI sticker packages.
