MC Sniper and his SCOPE BAND have released their first single today.
For twenty years, MC Sniper has been giving his all for the Korean hiphop scene, and now he is trying something very experimental, despite being rather basic, in this scene full of electronic sounds. Instead of virtual instruments, the music on this single was created by actual, real instruments. In order to expand his music spectrum, MC Sniper gathered talented musicians from all over Hongdae to play the drums, guitar, bass, also a DJ, a singer, and more. Together they created a new genre that breaks down the walls between disco, funk, blues, etc. and that shows off SCOPE’s original sound.

Just yesterday, February 24, MC Sniper and his band held a successful concert at West Bridge Live Hall. Also on stage were TaPi, Sungeun, Song Rapper, and Bido Seungwoo.

This track is about a very touchy issue that very likely nobody’s made a song about before in the scene. “I heard that’s what they do these days / Buy a weapon with two-lines in order to blackmail people” Sniper and BK pointed out that the song is by no means misogynist.
