R&B singers Jinbo and Chancellor have remade Kim Hyun-shik’s ‘My Love By My Side’ for the single ‘KRNB2 Part 3’.
The second chapter of Jinbo‘s KRNB remake series kicked off in June. ‘KRNB2 Part 1‘ featured South Korea’s top R&B/soul singers SUMIN, G.Soul, Nahzam Sue, Crush, and Hoody. ‘Part 2‘ followed in September with support from Jay Park. And now, for ‘Part 3’, Jinbo has brought in BrandNew Music’s Chancellor.
Once again, they remade a classic Korean song, this time Kim Hyun-shik’s ‘My Love By My Side (내 사랑 내 곁에)‘. Jinbo and Chancellor’s new version shows just how beautiful the lyrics and melody of the original are.
With nothing but their two voices and a piano, each word they sing and each sound of the piano keys resounds deeply. The two singers’ voices, Chancellor’s soft and Jinbo’s deeply expressive one, remind the listener of the person they hold dearest.
