Hi-Lite Records artists Reddy and G2 will embark upon their very first North American tour that will bring them to fans across the United States and Canada. Check out this article for more information!
First making waves in the underground scene, both REDDY & G2 gained mainstream recognition after appearing on the hit TV survival competition program “Show Me The Money 5” with both artists finishing in the top 10. REDDY & G2 are signed with Hi-Lite Records and will be accompanied by DJ CAMO STARR for this North American Tour.
Reddy recently released his 1st full album, “Universe” on April 20th which features G.Soul, KillaGramz and Paloalto. The album lets listeners take a glimpse into Reddy’s universe without putting up any unnecessary declarations but instead showing his honest passion for music. The eight tracks were produced by UGP mixing various musical genres including boom bap, trap, R&B, jazz, and gospel.
G2 released the second of his two part mini-album on March 30th. Combined together “G2’s Life” is biographical with him speaking on moving to Korea from Texas and dealing with topics such as paranoia, people being driven by money, ambition and success. “G2’s Life” has a lot of impressive features from both the mainstream and underground with G2 delivering an impressive performance.
The Universe X G2’s Life North American Tour 2017 kicks off Friday, June 30th at the famed Sounds of Brazil (S.O.B.’s) in New York City, then moving on to other major cities including Vancouver, Toronto, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Artist Biography
REDDY is a rapper from Korea most well-known for finishing top 4 on the popular hip-hop survival TV program, “Show Me The Money 5”. REDDY is also known as a member of the The Cohort which includes Keith Ape, Okasian, B-Free & JayAllDay. REDDY has also appeared and had a successful run on another popular survival TV program “Superstar K”. Known for his smooth rhymes and fashion sense, Reddy has collaborated and performed with iKON’s Bobby, Cheetah and Jay Park.
G2 hails from Texas and moved to Korea, making a name for himself in the underground music scene. G2 was first recognized as being in the “Brainwash Unit” with Keith Ape and was later scouted by Okasian which ended up with him signing to Hi-Lite Records. He’s gained momentum ever since being featured and working with numerous rappers and producers including BeWhy, Simon Dominic and Grey. He gained further recognition upon appearing on Korea’s hit TV program, “Show Me the Money 5”, where he performed as part of Team AOMG and astonished audiences and ended up finishing in the top 10.
